Read below thoroughly before starting your Pre-Registration.


Please note: If you are registering your child for UPK for the 2025-2026 school year, please select and complete the form "UPK ONLY Registration for 25-26" at the end.  In order to have a UPK registration accepted, all required questions and uploaded birth certificate and proof of residency must be completed in the form within 48 hours of the beginning of the session.  After 48 hours, any incomplete registrations will be removed.
 

It is recommended that before you start Pre-Registration you have a copy of the following documents saved to the device you are using to complete Pre-Registration.  Questions about documents or requirements?  Call 315-593-5513.

  • [UPK - 12] Original Birth Certificate
  • [K - 12] Immunization Records [UPK - required to start in school, but not register]
  • [UPK - 12] Proof of Residency (copy of signed lease, utility bill, tax bill)
  • [UPK - 12] Parent/Guardian Driver's License or Photo ID
  • [K - 12] Latest Report Card or Class Schedule (only if transferring from another school)
  • [UPK - 12] Custody Papers (if applicable)
  • [K - 12] Copy of Child's IEP (if the child was receiving special education services in previous district)
  • [K - 12] Copy of Child's 504 Plan (if the child was receiving 504 accommodations in previous district)

Please note: Complete your online Pre-Registration as a NEW USER (even if you currently have other children enrolled in the district, do not attempt to reuse a session key from that previous registration) including all Additional Information screens which are listed as required in order for us to process the registration.


Getting Started:

  • Click on the "New User" option to the left, then click CONTINUE.
  • To make changes to your document, click the buttons under "Previous Step" & "Next Step"
  • To cancel your sessions at any time, click the "Cancel" Button on Page 1 or exit the session.
  • When entering contacts, please only add all natural parents (custodial or non-custodial) (parents are listed on the birth certificate) or legal guardians (court order) in the spaces provided.
  • When all information has been entered, submit the pre-registration session by clicking the "SAVE" button.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from our Pre-Registration systems with a 6-digit session key verifying the session has successfully been transmitted to our office. If you do not receive this email, your Pre-Registration has not been successfully submitted. Please check your SPAM folder for your confirmation email if you do not find it in your inbox.


**To begin entering your child(ren)'s information into our electronic system please make certain the New User radio button is selected in the top left of this page and select Continue.
